Foods to reduce bloating


Bloating is a common problem and many people suffer from it.
There are many causes of bloating, including:
Pre menstrual tension, diet, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, reflux, and constipation, to name a few.

There are some wonderful foods that when included with other beautiful  healthy foods, can help relieve bloating symptoms.

Pineapple
Pineapple is jam packed with the vitamin C your body needs to defend itself against free radicals, which attack and damage normal cells. It’s also high in manganese and thiamine (vitamin B1), both of which can help boost your energy levels and relieve bloating.

Nuts
Nuts are high in fat  but it’s good fat. The antioxidants and healthy fats in walnuts, pecans and almonds lower your cholesterol. Plus, the mono-unsaturated fatty acids, found in walnuts and almonds, help reduce dangerous fat deposits around your waist.

Fish
Atlantic salmon and ocean trout  are tremendous  sources of omega-3 fats, essential for healthy brain function. Oily fish are a natural source of vitamin D

Rocket
This salad green is a great source of vitamins A and C, powerful antioxidants required for good vision, tissue and bone growth and a healthy immune system.

Beetroot
Famous for reducing blood pressure and  boosting  the immune system, it has anti-inflammatory properties so wonderful for internal and external health.

Celery
Juicing celery benefits weight loss and health, to effectively improve your digestion and immune system. Celery was originally used for medicinal purposes to purify the blood. No calories and high in fiber, celery juice is a stimulating tonic and a great addition to a healthy eating diet. Kiwi fruit

Obviously, when you are bloated, reduce salt, carbonated drinks, processed foods and drink loads of water….
