. A negative mood activates negative thinking and a positive mood calls forth positive thinking. Negative emotions like fear, jealousy, aggression all activate the downward spiral towards an unhappy life.
Positive thoughts however “broaden and build” and enhance our lives ensuring that every day we create the life we want. 

Positive thoughts and emotions broaden our intellectual, physical, and social resources and build reserves for us to draw upon.These positive thoughts and actions allow us to feel safe, secure, comfortable and whole.When we think positive thoughts we become more tolerant, expansive, and creative. Positive emotions form the foundation for mentally healthy happy people. When we experience positive emotions from positive thoughts, we become constructive, generous, un-defensive, and open to seeing lifes endless possibilities.

Thinking positive thoughts will result in more friendships, stronger love, better physical health, and more successful interactions in the world accompanied by a sense of mastery. Growth, positive development, and creative and successful interactions in the world!

Positive thoughts instantly  undo negative emotions and reduce the intensity of a negative experience. If your mind is consumed with negative thoughts, it is time to take the steps forward to a positive mindset.

Its Time To Change! Its a simple process, but it just takes commitment…..

Start by acknowledging all that is good in your life. Commit to taking steps forward to a positive outlook. Thinking negatively, may be second nature to you, so baby steps lead to big changes. Commit to starting with not speaking negatively about anyone or anything from 9am until noon. When you achieve this goal, acknowledge your succes and congratulate yourself. You are on your way! Now, commit to doing the same the next day but this time , keep this positive mindset until 3pm! Every day push yourself a little further with NO NEGATIVITY! Soon you will do it without thinking! Commit to not fuelling a negative situation with negative talk. It will only create a more intense situation and will fill your mind with the darkness that comes from soul destroying negativity. Start affirming all that is good in your life! Start affirming what is good about you!
