Spring is here and this is traditionally the time when the sun starts to shine and we all get that surge of motivation to get moving, get organised and start a fresh.

This is a fantastic time to consider not just a health detox, but also a lifestyle detox.

When we hear the word DETOX, it is normal to associate detoxification with the body. A strict detox is a great place to start when it comes to cleansing the body and it’s a wonderful way to kick start a healthy eating regime.
