Sleep is the most important time of your life to restore your body, release old patterns and toxins, and re program your mind.
The last five minutes of your day before you enter into your sleep state are actually the most important five minutes of the day.
During this time, you are going to actually tell your subconscious mind how you feel.
The thing is, your subconscious mind cannot actually make a distinction between –
1: How you are feeling as a result of all that has happened to you over the course of the day (whether that is good or bad)
2: What you actually feel as a result of what you are imagining for yourself, your future, your life.
Take that seriously and use it to your advantage and tonight before you go to sleep, instead of focussing on how stressed you are, try focussing on how blessed you are.
