Often we spend our lives waiting…..
We wait until we have lost weight, we wait until we have saved more money, we wait until we feel more confident and more experienced, we wait until someone gives us permission, we wait until we feel worthy,
we wait for some-one to change our lives, and we wait and we wait and we wait and we wait.

Sometimes we wait for a sign or we wait for the right time, but when you really stop and think about it.
What is it that we are actually waiting for?

If you are reading this and perhaps you are waiting for a sign or a green light so to speak,
here is your sign- It is time to stop waiting and start living.

If you love some-one tell them.
If you miss someone, call them.
If you have a dream, make it happen.
If you don’t have a dream or a goal, set one.
If you need to say sorry, say it.
If you need help, ask for it.
If you need to change your life, change it.
If you need to let go of something, let go.
If you have a passion, immerse yourself in it.
THIS IS YOUR SIGN, right here and right now –
STOP EXISTING AND START LIVING.

The only time is now
We all know that old saying, “good things come to those who wait.”
 I appreciate this saying and I understand it and often timing is critical  especially when we are working on something important, but one thing I know for sure is –
good things often don’t happen if you just sit around procrastinating!
There is a huge difference between waiting because it is a necessary part of the process, and waitingbecause you are anticipating a perfect time. The present is the only time that is guaranteed to each and everyone of us so if you are procrastinating and waiting for the perfect time…
the only time is now.

Here are some tips to help you take action.

 Have you ever felt like you are in a holding pattern? 
Have you ever experienced a time when you felt like you were in limbo?
In this state, you have trouble moving forwards and nothing ever progresses or changes. That’s the problem with living your life in a holding pattern. You end up constantly waiting for something significant to happen in the hope that things may shift rather than  actually making them happen yourself.
If you feel like you are in a holding pattern, here are some questions to help you shift things.
What are the patterns that you are replaying that aren’t working?
Look back on the activities you’ve been doing in the attempt to move ahead.
What can you do differently?
It may just be a tiny shift with just one thing that gets you out of that frustrating holding pattern and back on track.

Take action
It can be terrifying to just jump head first into the unknown and take a whole different course or direction. When you are uncertain about moving forward or embarking on a new adventure, it is easy to procrastinate and constantly hash over starting but never start.
 When we hold back from starting something that we really want to do, we  rob our souls of growth and valuable life lessons. Our mission in life is to grow and evolve, spiritually, mentally and physically and when we live fearlessly and take action with our dreams, no matter how big or how small, we are fully living.

What perfect moment?
Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Take the moment and make it perfect..
When change starts to feel overwhelming, we should always remember that there has never been an amazing story that started with – “First, everything was perfect.”
Don’t wait one more day hoping for the ideal set of circumstances or the ideal situation to begin what you need to begin or do what you have to do. Although it is vital to plan and prepare for things, we also have to be able to take whatever comes our way and decide we will take the moment and make it amazing, whatever it is.

Change your state
You may be going through a challenging time right now. You may feel despair,
frustration and you may feel stuck and even lost, but here is the thing – you have a choice.
You can fill the present moment with fear, anger, frustration or despair or you can fill it with life.
In order to change your state of being, you need to, well…. change your state of being!!!
So get up, go for a walk, talk to friends, embrace your loved ones, get out into nature,
pray do whatever you need to do.Take action and make the decision to live fully, no matter what.
